Develop concepts, scripts, visual direction, and short-form series starring avatars, tailored to specific markets.
Prototype with AI image, video, audio, and editing tools; keep a quality bar that feels intentional, not generically "AI-made."
Build workflows to spot emerging formats and sounds, generate variants quickly, and schedule distribution across note.com, Instagram, X, TikTok, the Twomi website, and PR TIMES.
Design in-product participation loops — comments, Jump In prompts, remixes, creator challenges — that turn viewers into contributors.
Measure views, retention, engagement, and follower growth; stop weak ideas early and scale strong ones.
Run the end-to-end rollout for each app version: push notifications, website news, email, social channels, Help Center updates, and internal announcements.
Own app-store optimization: keyword research, listing copy, screenshots, preview videos, and ranking experiments.
Monitor daily downloads, weekly revenue, and operational health; investigate anomalies and bring the right people together quickly.
Work with the Product Owner and BI team to turn user behavior and market signals into a sharper roadmap.
Test releases with engineering before and after launch, document issues clearly, and close the loop.
Build and maintain small AI-assisted tools and automations that make the team faster — for content variation, reporting, QA, or research.
Turn what you measure into a decision: scale a format, ship a fix, adjust the roadmap.
