Plan and monitor overall HR strategies to achieve the target of business for 1 Head office and 3 factories
Create the policy, the learning & development strategy in short and long-term needs for staffing, talent management
Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
Play a key role in developing an organizational culture that maintains the highest standards of business performance and behavior
Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process
Responsible for the payroll, bonus and benefits for employees
Manage all the administrative work
Other duties as assigned by the General Director & CEO.
