The Process R&D Optimization Specialist (Engineer) responsibilities are to:
Implement improvement projects: Plan and execute improvement projects in the factory to optimize production processes and equipment.
Optimize equipment processes: Evaluate, improve, and optimize processes and equipment to enhance performance and product quality.
Perform calculations and simulations: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations before implementing new solutions.
Update new technology solutions: Continuously update and implement new technology solutions in the factory's production processes.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other teams to improve processes and resolve arising issues.
Support factory team: Provide technical support and consultation to the factory team as needed.
Problem-solving: Analyze and resolve issues related to production processes and equipment.
Evaluate performance: Measure and evaluate the performance of processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance: Ensure that processes and equipment comply with regulations and quality standards.
Report and track progress: Report progress and results of improvement projects to the Process R&D Optimization Manager, and monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the manager.
