  • Immerse yourself in your assigned functional area to deepen your expertise, master essential processes, and build the confidence needed to thrive in your role.
  • Module 3: Two-Month Project Assignment
  • Take ownership of a real project workstream, supported by a dedicated mentor and an executive sponsor. Deliver tangible outcomes that contribute directly to your department’s objectives.
