Tổng quan

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support including interviews, workshops, and working sessions with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders; help capture notes and action items.
  • Help prepare PowerPoint and Excel deliverables including training materials, report findings, analysis from working sessions and workshops.
  • Perform basic data analysis (Excel) to support diagnostic findings and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the build-out and maintenance of the enterprise process taxonomy, including data entry, structuring, and QA checks.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating maturity assessment inputs across functions (e.g., process documentation, governance, KPI).
  • Conduct research on process excellence frameworks (APQC PCF, Lean Six Sigma, BPM best practices) and summarize relevant benchmarks.
  • Assist with SOP and process documentation drafting, formatting, and version control.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Coursework or self-study in Lean Six Sigma, process management, or BPM is a plus (certification not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with structured data and templates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; comfortable managing structured documentation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about how businesses operate and improve.
  • Able to work independently on defined tasks while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prior internship, coursework project, or extracurricular experience involving process improvement, operations, or data analysis is an advantage but not required.
