Responsible for sales invoice issuance, account verification, write-off, and voucher posting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.
Conduct regular customer reconciliations, issue statements, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Assist the sales department in following up on overdue payment collection.
Review expenses and support internal and external audits in coordination with the General Ledger team.
Perform account reconciliation and cleanup, and report to senior management.
