Tổng quan

  • ● Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • ● Manage media budgets and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS/ROI, and lead quality.
  • ● Analyze data from GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM, and other sources to identify insights, issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • ● Optimize performance across the full funnel, from traffic → lead → qualified lead → conversion, rather than focusing only on media metrics.
  • ● Develop and optimize audience strategies, retargeting, first-party data activation, and customer journeys.
  • ● Execute and optimize Email Marketing and Marketing Automation, including segmentation, nurturing flows, automation, and performance measurement.
  • ● Work closely with Content and Creative teams to test and improve creatives, messaging, and landing pages based on performance data.
  • ● Leverage AI tools for marketing productivity, analysis, content ideation, and creative production, with the ability to independently develop and adapt performance-driven ad creatives when needed.
  • ● Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continuously improve campaign and funnel performance.
  • ● Build reports and dashboards, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • ● Stay updated on Digital Marketing, AI, and automation trends, and actively share relevant knowledge with the team.
  • ● Support knowledge sharing, coaching, and training for junior team members.
