Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the mills are made aware of the changes
Review exceptions and callouts with CFT. Provide solutions
Responsible for advising all early commitment needs to US Raw Materials Planning / P&S
Communicate brand strategy changes and impact to mills
Align with other categories regarding capacity priorities
Engage P&S and US Raw Materials Planning for mill allocation of multi-sourced Raw Materials
Engage P&S and US Raw Materials Planning to prioritize deliveries where capacity constraints exist
Work with brands to make necessary adjustments based on run rate to ensure that agreed allocation is on course
Allocate RM demand at AOQ, based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills.
Minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure mills capacities are optimally used
