Engineering Calculations and Design:
Perform engineering calculations using empirical formulae from Classification Regulations as well as first principles.
Prepare and revise mechanical/ piping diagram packages for Classification Society approval.
Conduct system calculations in line with industry standards and recognized marine standard criteria.
Equipment and System Development:
Apply basic knowledge of marine engineering and systems to ensure equipment functionality.
Assist with equipment and piping weight estimates.
Assist in preparing ship machinery arrangements at concept, basic, and functional design levels.
Develop 3D compartment arrangements for space planning and visualization.
Collaboration:
Work effectively within team environments, both within the office and across global teams.
Share ideas, concerns, and solutions openly with team members.
Complete assignments on time, adapting to changes in goals or priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Problem-Solving:
Analyze and reflect on observations and experiences to assist in solving problems.
