Tổng quan
- Strategic Framework & Agreements:
- Develop and negotiate new frame agreements for relevant procurement scopes to optimize long-term value.
- Maintain and periodically review existing frame agreements to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Standardize contract templates and commercial clauses to ensure legal and commercial consistency.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and track expiry dates to prevent service interruptions.
- Compliance & Audit Leadership:
- Lead procurement audits for both new and existing suppliers to ensure adherence to Vard’s standards.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks and gap analyses to identify and rectify process vulnerabilities.
- Ensure all corrective actions from audits are implemented effectively and on schedule.
- Risk Management & Reporting:
- Maintain critical supplier risk registers and define robust mitigation strategies.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to provide strategic insights.
- Provide regular reports and updates directly to the Vice President - Procurement regarding strategic initiatives.
