Tổng quan

Monitor the grogress of fabric & trims to meet all required T&A.
Collaborate with internal technical depts for the best execution of the products.
Maintain all records in good & systematic order.
Monitor local/overseas gmt factories to deliver the quality product with on time delivery.
Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management
Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues
Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives
Market research & sourcing.
Work closely with other departments to meet all the deadlines, T&A.
Over 10 years merchandising experience
Experience of leading a merchandising team.
Possess good knowledge of woven/knits fabrics & gmt WIP.
Good command of written/spoken English.
Sound PC knowledge.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and good organizational skills
Have ability in costing, sourcing & development
Work independently under high pressure
Good interpersonal skills
High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel
Aggressive to build a successful career.
