- The Brand Manager is responsible for managing and growing brand through brand-driven activation, renovation of current core portfolio and brilliant implementation of NPD platforms, guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI), via:
- Championing competitive behavior and mindset throughout the business and translating it into targeted marketing activities to grow brand share & manage brand performance across 6P
- Leading the E2E marketing deployment from ATL to BTL
- Leveraging our E2E marketing technology capability (including Gen AI)
- Liaising with local agencies. Guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI).
- Development of a Market Development plan that seizes opportunities in consumer mindset education, product renovation, pricing strategy, competitor activities, customer/channel specific needs
- Represent consumer (insights), brand strategy and product quality requirements on the cross-functional discounter team
- Develop & lead implementation of integrated ideas & activation platforms based on the brand vision plan working with cross-function teams and external agencies.
- Champion optimal launch of innovation platform
- Lead the development and execution of a market-specific content strategy that aligns with the global brand direction while resonating deeply with local cultural nuances
- Own content effectiveness and excellence for the brands across consumer and shopper touchpoints
- Manage the relationship with key agency partners by providing clear and insightful briefs that Content Supply Chain (powered by AI) and the local creator ecosystem.
- Continuously analyze business performance metrics, derive insights, and translate into action plans.
