Tổng quan

Support the management and supervision of MEP packages, including Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Drainage, BMS, and related systems.
Support project planning, scheduling, reporting, quality, and budget control.
Assist with MEP procurement strategies, consultant prequalification, tender evaluations, and Value Engineering.
Manage MEP site inspections and coordinate with the Client, consultants, contractors, and relevant agencies.
Manage MEP technical submissions, including materials, shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, RFIs, and approvals.
Coordinate BIM, design interfaces, and clash resolution.
Review contractor schedules, plans, technical submissions, variations, and progress claims.
Manage MEP testing & commissioning, handover, and closeout.
