Tổng quan

  • Take ownership from requirement clarification through system architecture, technical design, technical solutions, implementation, and delivery.
  • Work directly with UK stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify technical details, and propose effective solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs, considering performance, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Build modern, responsive UI using React, TypeScript, and Rails Frontend technologies.
  • Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Establish and maintain coding standards, testing practices, and development best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level developers through knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization; proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable backend systems with a focus on code quality and reliability.
  • Experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Rails frontend technologies (ERB, Hotwire, Turbo, or similar).
  • Experience with Docker and deploying applications to cloud environments; familiarity with GCP and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience with code review, technical decision-making, and mentoring is preferred for the Lead level.
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international clients.
