Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
o Lead the TA team and optimize recruitment processes to effectively meet hiring needs and timelines
o Take ownership of ad-hoc and urgent hiring needs when required.
o Partner with and advise hiring managers on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and hiring decisions
Training & Development
o Build and develop training strategies, frameworks, and programs from scratch based on business and employee development needs.
o Host and organize internal training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
o Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
Culture & Engagement
o Define and drive initiatives that foster a positive, connected, and collaborative workplace culture.
o Manage employee engagement activities based on employee feedback, company needs, and key moments throughout the year.
o Host and organize company events, team-building activities, internal communications, and other employee-focused activities.
HR Administration & Office Management
o Oversee day-to-day HR administration and office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workplace management.
o Manage office facilities, vendors, supplies, and administrative services.
o Maintain HR documentation, records, and processes to meet ISO and internal requirements.
o Monitor HR and administrative compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
