Tổng quan

1. Do leasing work and assist Senior Leasing Manager in all related leasing activities.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all lease documents.
Ensure achievement of allocated budget against leasing targets set in line with the Center Leasing Concept (such as: revenue, occupancy rate, rental rate…).
Ensure that the merchandising mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the Center as a premier destination for retail, F&B and leisure activity.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the addition of their concepts as part of the master strategy, to promote retention and tenant satisfaction.
Coordinate with all relevant departments from leasing negotiation until tenant’s opening.
Prepare and update leasing documents, leasing reports, data base reports.
Training and manage staff in leasing activities if any.
Keep updated retail market on retail trend, competition frequently for leasing execution and planning purpose.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Leasing Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Master of Business (Preferable)
English Skill
Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
IT Skill
Proficiency with MS Office application
Experience & skill
Minimum 3-5 year’s relevant experience.
Having experiences in leasing at shopping Mall
Teamwork and supportive
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving skills.
Management skill
Ability to work independently and self-motivation.
Strong at retail market intelligence
Willing to work under high-pressure
