Tổng quan

Manage the order-to-delivery process, including order confirmation, changes, and follow-ups.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding lead times, delivery status, and product updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Planning, QA, Logistics) to meet service expectations.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer data, order records, and update D365 system accurately.
1-2 year experience or fresh graduates with good command of English are encouraged to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good command of English (both written & spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office and D365 systems.
