Tổng quan

Prepare and input import & export documentation.
Prepare Packing Lists and other relevant shipping documents.
Check product information, quantities, specifications, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure documents are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain and organize import & export documentation and records.
Support daily shipping activities and other documentation tasks as assigned.
No experience or fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Good communication and coordination skills.
