In charge providing clinical and engineering support for hospitals using company’s devices and equipment
Provide after sales support: monthly/ quarterly maintenance and troubleshooting when issue occurs
Conduct training and provide instruction for use and case support to nurses and doctors in hospitals
Present company’s product
Prepare product’s portfolio, brochure, marketing materials
Responsible in trouble shooting of non – technical problem
Receive product/ application training from manufacturers and update to sales team
Support any procedure/ task related to demo, install, placement, withdraw or manage company’s equipment
Encouraged to participate in sales activities and support sales team to increase revenue
Perform other duties that may assign from time to time
