The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the sales and marketing of Electrophysiology/ Cardiac Rhythm Management (EP/CRM) products by providing clinical consultation, education, and technical support on their appropriate use in clinical setting. The roles serves as the primary clinical expert during EP/CRM procedures, offering hands-on support to physicians in the cath-lab.
Clinical Support: Provide advanced in-lab clinical support during complex EP/CRM procedures
Technical Expert: Act as the physicians technical partner, supporting clinical and troubleshooting.
Procedure Assistance: Assist physicians during EP/CRM cases and ablation/implantation procedures.
Patient Care: Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient hemodynamic status to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
Sales & Marketing: Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and coordinate all necessary marketing, education, and tender activities.
Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with EP/CRM teams.
Training: Deliver structured training and formal in-service education to Electro-Physiologists and EP/CRM technician.
Operational Support: Support procedural logistics, including device availability, lab readiness, and documentation.
