Process the import orders, manage warehouse stock and arrange local sales delivery.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals and Customers in sales/purchase orders, shipment documentation
Responsible in proper scheduling or arrangement of daily deliveries
Stock monitoring and support in day to day report
Manage sales record and prepare purchasing/ sales reports.
Control the assets for promotional use.
To provide overall support and assistance to the Sales team.
Support issues and/or query resolutions of principals and hospitals.
Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
Maintain Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).
