The Shipping Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all import/export activities, customs clearance operations, EPE compliance, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.
Import & Export Operations:
Supervise and manage daily import/export operations for manufacturing activities.
Ensure all import/export documentation and customs declarations are accurate and compliant with Vietnamese regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve customs clearance or logistics issues in a timely manner.
SOP & Compliance Management:
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for import/export and customs clearance activities.
Ensure compliance with EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) regulations.
Keep updated with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of 6 or more members.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide coaching/training to team members.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting departments.
Problem Solving & Operational Support:
Handle urgent operational issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines under a high-pressure environment.
