Preparation of the detail shop drawing from the design drawing.
Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design
Making concept design (Office / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa)
Checking shop drawing from sub-contractor
Coordinate with the relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts
Ensure that all shop drawings must be done with constructability to TODA’s standard, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Clients expectations, and have good profitability for the Company
