Tổng quan

Provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of laptops, desktops, and IT equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software (Windows, Microsoft Office), and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices and business applications
Support user account management, including password reset, access rights, and email setup
Log, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up
Assist in IT asset management, including maintaining inventory records and coordinating with vendors
Support basic system monitoring, antivirus updates, and IT security practices
Assist in routine IT operations such as system maintenance, backup activities, and reporting
Document technical issues, solutions, and user guidelines for internal reference
Refer complex issues to senior IT members or regional teams when necessary
