Tổng quan

Substantial experience personally building and leading production web applications—not only managing developers.
Strong TypeScript/React experience and the ability to work across frontend, APIs, PostgreSQL and backend services.
Experience designing reliable event-driven integrations: handling missing, duplicated and out-of-order events without losing or corrupting records.
Strong SQL, database migration, access-control, data-integrity and production-debugging skills.
A track record of leading releases, reviewing code, improving tests and investigating incidents using logs and live evidence.
Clear written and spoken English, sound technical judgment, and willingness to explain tradeoffs to a nontechnical founder.
Reliable overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours; the exact schedule should be agreed before hiring.
Python/FastAPI, Supabase, Next.js, real-time communications, SIP/telephony, Twilio or LiveKit.
Experience with AI-assisted products, speech transcription, monitoring and alerting.
Experience leading a small distributed team while remaining hands-on.
