- Keep track of the daily production order arrangement of suppliers, shipping plans, and inspection arrangements to ensure on-time delivery
- Focus on the customer, coordinate and communicate with the internal development/QA QC teams, identify and resolve issues in advance to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and train suppliers to ensure they follow required processes and meet customer requirements
- Maintain and update the supplier database while improving supplier performance
- Report order progress and other related tasks.
