PA Job (Communication with Factory, BOM control, Coordination with Development).
Work in the office, do not have to run sales, do not have to look for outside customers, sometimes go on business abroad under the direction of superior.
Handle shipment follow as customer demand, contact customers.
Input raw material purchasing, process orders, update data to the system, make plan to send to the production department.
Following up with the sample development team and ensure all the samples are sent to Buyer on time as schedule.
Make goods import-export procedures and monitor importing materials from suppliers.
Resolve incident related to new development.
All details will be discussed in the interview.
