Answer daily IT support requests from users via phone, email, and in person.
Perform necessary troubleshooting to ensure reliable and stable IT services and system operations.
Keep inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
Work with US based IT Helpdesk to setup accounts and get the required access.
Support new employees in the onboarding process.
Setup and maintain the network in the office (LAN, Wi-Fi).
Work with local IT equipment and network suppliers to provide the required infrastructure.
Other tasks as required by the Management.
