Tổng quan

Work with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired solutions.
Collaborate with developers, BA, Testers, and business users to ensure requirements are met.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training for end-users.
Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams.
Prepare project/ product reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
Ensure compliance with company standards, IT governance, and security policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information System or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Strong documentation and presentation skills (BRD, FRD, workflow diagrams, wireframes).
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM) are an advantage.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Full statutory insurance coverage (BHXH, BHYT) and personal income tax in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
