- Executing the recruitment critical path.
- Work with departments for headcount and job requirements.
- Execute recruitment plans and budget including recruitment events, career days.
- Execute optimizing the current manning of current hotel with required manning for new hotel.
- Execute mass recruitment successfully to meet the deadline.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to directs the internal and external recruitment and placement activities for The Grand Ho Tram to include university, colleges, local nationals and expatriates.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to develop recruitment and placement policies, systems and procedures including strategies and selection techniques.
- Review all recruitment advertising.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD in recruitment strategic action plans in considering the market mechanism, labor development tendency, salary and benefit bench mark.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to prepare the budget for assigned area.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to prepares reports and recommends procedures to enhance the recruitment and employment processes.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to assist all departments in selecting employees that will be a strong cultural fit to serve guests in the luxury market.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to coordinate, negotiate and administer all sourcing/recruitment agency relationships.
- Assist and implement diversity initiatives so that the workforce is consistent with the communities in which they operate and the guests in which they serve.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD to act as a liaison between The Grand Ho Tram and the community in which they operate to generate interest and strong relationship for the workforce.
- Facilitate training programs for effective interviewing skills consistent with The Grand property philosophy and the community in which it operates.
- Maintain and administer on-boarding and orientation programs.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD in providing strategic direction for the department and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that shapes the unparalleled standards expected.
- Make certain that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD in determining work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD in assigning duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager/HRD in studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
