- Real estate & hospitality:
- Provide legal support for real estate projects, including project development, sales launch, and ongoing operations.
- Review, draft, and advise on real estate-related agreements and documents (e.g. sales documents, SPA, LTLA, RPA etc.)
- Support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) on legal aspects relating to customer transactions and project operations.
- Advise on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to hospitality and real estate operation.
- Development, commercial contracts & corporate matters:
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts relating to the Company's development projects and business operations, including consultancy agreements, construction-related agreements, service agreements, vendor contracts and other commercial contracts
- Provide legal advice on development projects
- Legal operations & general legal support.
- Perform such other legal duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Director of Legal from time to time.
- Signed by the Director of Legal from time to time.
