Tổng quan

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including meeting scheduling, meeting arrangements, and preparation of meeting minutes (MoM). - Coordinate visitor registration procedures and arrange access cards for visitors.
  • Provide interpretation and translation support in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English for foreign visitors during factory visits, project activities, and meetings as required.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, coordinate stationery purchasing, and process related departmental payments.
  • Handle payment processing, expense claims/clearance, and preparation of monthly administrative reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate with overseas departments when required.
  • Working Location: SHTP - District 9, HCMC (Free shuttle bus)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, English, Chinese or other related subjects.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions
  • Be able to comfortably use both English and Chinese
  • English: Verbal communication + Written
  • Chinese: Verbal communication + Reading + Typing
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Helpful and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
