Be the quality focal point for customer-related technical and non-technical issues, including complaints, feedback, qualifications, and management requirements.
Manage customer quality data, including non-conformance systems, databases, and follow-up actions.
Lead root-cause analysis and problem solving using structured methods such as 8D, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and prevent recurrence.
Monitor customer quality performance and lead improvement activities.
Support customer audits and training, including quality and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
2+ years of experience in a relevant quality/customer quality role.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma.
Good knowledge ISO quality systems and quality control principles.
Experience in 8D, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Experience with IQC, PQC, OQC, or related quality processes.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business trips.
Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
