- Product mechanical / electrical design
- Project follow-up from start to mass production
- Coordinate with Suppliers to qualify new components
- Coordinate with other Departments for product development
- Trouble shooting during product development
- Work according to policies and procedures set by OP
- Complete Engineering documents required for product development
- Product improvements and Cost Reduction ideas
- Person Specification:
- A recognized engineering degree from university
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Engineering field
- Good written and communication in English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- CAD experience using UG preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Analytical mind
- Self-initiative
- Leadership Competencies (LC) Required:

- Functional Competencies (FC) Required:
- Engineering design for plastics, ferrous, and non-ferrous materials
- Combustion Engine, Electrical Motor (AC and DC knowledge is an advantage
- International Safety Standard and Regulatory
- Quality and Production knowledge
