Tổng quan

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
  • Lead warehouse improvement projects from start to finish.
  • Make clear project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with different teams (Operations, IT, Safety, etc.) and help people adopt new ways of working.
  • SYSTEM & PROCESS DEVLOPMENT:
  • Design and improve warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Make key warehouse activities run better (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
  • Support improvements and updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Create clear work standards and processes that can grow with the business.
  • PROCESS EVALUATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
  • Study how work is done (time and motion studies).
  • Find bottlenecks and improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Review warehouse layout, material flow, and storage space to make better use of the facility.
  • Check if processes are followed correctly through regular audits.
  • DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING:
  • Collect and analyze warehouse data to find problems and opportunities.
  • Build simple dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Find the root cause of issues and prepare clear recommendations with ROI.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain.
  • Knowledge:
  • Good knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience working with WMS and warehouse operations.
  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
