- The job holder is responsible for driving digital sales growth through data-driven customer engagement, digital channels, and sales optimization initiatives.
- The role plays an active part in the Bank's transformation journey from traditional Digital Sales towards an AI-enabled Digital Sales model by leveraging customer insights, automation, digital tools, and emerging AI capabilities to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and operational productivity.
- The job holder is expected to embrace new technologies, continuously enhance digital capabilities, and identify opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable business value.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (1)
- Digital Sales Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Drive acquisition, activation and sales conversion across digital channels.
- Develop and execute digital sales initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor customer acquisition funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data and Technology teams to deliver integrated digital sales campaigns.
- Support implementation of customer-centric sales strategies based on customer behavior and market insights.
- Identify new opportunities to grow digital sales and improve customer penetration.
- Customer Journey & Sales Optimization
- Monitor end-to-end customer journey and identify friction points affecting conversion.
- Support development of personalized customer engagement initiatives across digital touchpoints.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements to acquisition, onboarding and retention journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experiences.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve digital conversion funnels.
- Campaign & Performance Management
- Plan, implement and monitor digital campaigns supporting sales objectives.
- Manage campaign calendar, target strategy and performance tracking.
- Coordinate content and communication activities across digital channels.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization actions.
- Ensure campaign execution complies with regulatory and governance requirements.

- Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior and channel performance.
- Track acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention metrics.
- Generate actionable insights to improve digital sales productivity and customer outcomes.
- Support forecasting and business planning activities through data analysis.
- AI Adoption & Sales Productivity
- Apply AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, campaign management and customer engagement activities.
- Utilize AI-powered insights to support customer targeting, lead prioritization and decision making.
- Identify and propose opportunities to automate repetitive activities and improve operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications for business adoption.
- Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives within the Bank.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Act as a change champion to encourage adoption of new digital capabilities and ways of working.
- Support the implementation of new sales technologies, platforms and automation solutions.
