Design & Operating Digital Banking Risk Monitoring Programs
Design, develop, and maintain risk monitoring frameworks and surveillance programs for Digital Banking services.
Monitor customer activities and transaction behaviors to identify fraud patterns, operational risks, system incidents, and control weaknesses.
Develop and optimize fraud detection rules, early warning Key risk indicators (KRIs), risk thresholds, and control triggers across digital customer journeys.
Monitor emerging risk trends in digital banking, data management, and information security, and recommend appropriate control measures in a timely manner.
Evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring programs, measure alert quality, and propose improvements to strengthen risk detection and prevention capabilities.
Data Analytics & Risk Assessment
Analyze large volumes of transactional, customer, and behavioral data to identify anomalies and emerging threats.
Develop dashboards, analytical models, and monitoring tools to support real-time or near real-time risk surveillance.
Prepare management reporting and risk insights to support decision-making and fraud risk governance.
Collaborate with Data, Technology, and Operations teams to establish and enhance data sources supporting risk management activities.
