Tổng quan

  • Collaborate with clients to clarify business needs and deliver impactful data solutions.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable business insights.
  • Build scalable data models to address business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of data models, business logic, DAX calculations, and solution architecture.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to elevate team capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python / R for data analysis.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Advanced DAX skills.
  • Knowledge of ETL design and data processing workflows.
  • Experience working with Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, data modeling, and business domain.
  • Author FSD, BRD, and related documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with good English proficiency.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI and relevant certifications.
