Master Data Management:
Create, maintain, and update master data records in ERP systems, including: Item Master, BOM, Routing, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Warehouse and Inventory Parameters
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Perform regular audits and data validation checks to identify and correct inconsistencies.
ERP Operations:
Support ERP transactions and data structure requirements related to: Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Lifecycle Management
Coordinate ERP master data setup for new product introductions (NPI).
Participate in ERP enhancement, migration, and implementation projects.
Provide training and guidance to users on master data processes and ERP requirements.
Operations & Manufacturing Support:
Collaborate with Engineering teams to establish and maintain: Bills of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing routings, Work center data
Support production planning and inventory control by ensuring timely and accurate data maintenance.
Assist Operations teams in root cause investigations related to master data issues.
Data Governance & Continuous Improvement:
Develop and maintain master data governance procedures.
Define data standards, naming conventions, and control processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve data quality and process efficiency.
Generate reports and metrics related to data accuracy and data quality performance.

Good English and Vietnamese (required).
2+ years of experience in Master Data Management, ERP Administration, and manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of: BOM structure, PIM, ECO, inventory management, manufacturing processes, supply chain operations.
Advanced Excel skills; Experience with Power BI, SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis tools is a plus.
Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills, work ethic, and ability to adapt quickly.
Bsc in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related.
