  • Field and Retail Audits
  • ● Conduct regular and ad hoc audits at distributors, dealers, stores and other points of sale.
  • ● Verify field-force routes, outlet visits, sales activities and compliance with assigned plans.
  • ● Audit product availability, inventory, pricing, promotions, displays, POSM and brand standards.
  • ● Evaluate sales processes, staff performance, service quality and customer experience.
  • Compliance and Investigation
  • ● Assess compliance with company policies, SOPs, commercial programs and operational standards.
  • ● Identify fraud, violations, inaccurate reporting, misuse of company support and other operational risks.
  • ● Conduct investigations, collect supporting evidence and prepare violation records when required.
  • ● Ensure audit results are accurate, transparent, objective and properly documented.
  • Reporting and Recommendations
  • ● Prepare periodic and ad hoc audit reports, including findings, root causes, risks and recommended actions.
  • ● Analyse recurring issues and operational trends to support management decision-making.
  • ● Recommend improvements to processes, policies, control mechanisms and working standards.
  • ● Present significant findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Corrective Action Follow-up
  • ● Coordinate with Sales, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, Finance and other teams to agree on corrective actions.
  • ● Track corrective-action plans and conduct follow-up audits to verify their effectiveness.
  • ● Maintain complete audit records, working papers and supporting evidence.
