Tổng quan

Develop backend services and enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement batch processing, ETL/data pipelines, data synchronization, and scheduled jobs for high-volume financial systems.
Build REST APIs and integrate systems with databases and external services.
Handle large-scale data processing, migration, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot issues and improve system stability and data processing performance.
4+ years of experience in Backend Development and/or Data Engineering.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
Hands-on experience with ETL, batch processing, data migration, data synchronization, and scheduled jobs.
Good understanding of REST APIs, transaction management, concurrency, and multithreading.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with large-volume data processing and database performance optimization.
Experience with Kafka, message queues, Airflow, Spark, or similar data processing tools is a plus.
Experience in financial, credit, lending, or enterprise systems is preferred.
Good English communication and strong problem-solving skills.
