We are seeking a Senior CAD Operator with strong experience in interior fit-out and construction projects.
This is a senior-only position, requiring the ability to independently produce detail-level interior drawings directly connected to construction.
The candidate will work closely with the design team, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready drawings.
Prepare detailed interior shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings
Produce drawings based on design intent, technical requirements, and site conditions
Coordinate with designers, engineers, project managers, and site teams
Revise drawings based on internal reviews, site feedback, and client comments
Verify and cross-check site dimensions against drawings when required
Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready
Perform self-checks to maintain drawing quality
Manage, organize, and archive drawing records properly
