Tổng quan

Records, adjusts, and updates shipping schedules, cum-cards, samples, new orders, shipping volume, and order changes.
Advise appropriate personnel of order changes.
Maintain contact with customers to assure timely processing of orders, shipments, and changes.
Reports customer problems and concerns to appropriate personnel.
Reviews and confirms that schedules and shipping dates will meet customer requirements.
References all release and blanket orders and ships according to those orders.
Refers priority work and complaints to appropriate departments for resolution.
Coordinates with sales, inventory control, customer service, and purchasing on upcoming scheduling needs.
Responsible for assuring compliance with customer bulletins.
Sends ASN’s as required by customers.
Control Finish Goods stock.
Special projects and assignments as directed.
Comply with SPI policies and procedures. Promote and comply with environmental policies. Comply with the Policies for Health and Safety at Work and any other applicable instructions.

Knowledge and skills related to production planning.

Skilled use of office software. Can calculate by excel, edit by word and present by PPT.
Kỹ năng sử dụng các phần mềm văn phòng như Excel, Word, PPT
Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.
Vượt qua bài kiểm tra Wonderlic với số điểm 20 hoặc cao hơn.
Ⅱ.HỌC VẤN/EDUCATION:
College qualification or equivalent
Ⅲ.KINH NGHIỆM/EXPERIENCE:
From 5 years experience in Materials or a customer service supervisor position.
Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí quản lý vật tư hoặc giám sát dịch vụ khách hàng.
Experience of ERP system is preferred.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống ERP là một lợi thế.
Experience in Auto industry is preferred.
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Ô tô.
