Tổng quan

  • Coordinates the recording and monitoring of the material inspections (receiving, process, final).
  • Participates in the internal audits program (to systems, products and process).
  • Supports and maintains the quality system as defined in the plant procedures and instructions.
  • Explains the reports in Staff and supervisor’s meetings.
  • Verifies and follows-up on the quality standards of new and current products.
  • Supports the problem-solving process and develops preventive and corrective measures that insure quality.
  • Provides support and supervision to technicians and/or auditors as needed.
  • Follows-up on client complaints regarding quality problems including actions and results, visiting clients in China and the United States.
  • Represents the plant, as corporate level, with clients, suppliers, as needed.
  • Prepares and presents product submission to clients
  • Evaluates product submissions from salesmen or suppliers for Summit Componentes and clients.
  • Evaluates New Product and Production Product color.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction goals.
  • Availability to travel to the United States to provide support to clients or headquarters.
  • AQP support, participation and development.
  • Follows-up on non-compliances reported to our suppliers and their corrective actions.
  • Audits and monitors the follow-up of the different existing Production controls (P. Control, Set up, etc.).

  • Inspection and Testing Methods/ Phương pháp kiểm tra/thử nghiệm
  • Gage R & R (MSA)。
  • Approved Munsell Test.
  • PPAP。
  • Problem Solving.
  • ISO-14001。
  • Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater./ Đạt 20 điểm trở lên cho bài test Wonderlic
  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree/ Bằng cử nhân Kỹ sư
  • 2 years minimum in quality area/ ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực chất lượng
  • Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm
