- Support solutioning in the project presales phase.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Your Skills and Experience
Yêu cầu
- Develop and implement effective IT solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Background in IT outsourcing companies
- Preferred skills and experiences:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other IIBA certifications.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in a senior business analyst role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement.
- Experience in supporting solutioning during the project presales phase.
