Contract type: Independent contractor — full-time (approx. 40 hrs/week)
Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Duration: Ongoing, long-term engagement
Design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade applications across the full technology stack
Lead the transition into the AI space by implementing Agentic programming frameworks
Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality, secure solutions
Own the end-to-end development cycle including agile sprint items, bug fixing, and enhancements
Troubleshoot and support business-critical applications to ensure performance and reliability
Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
