Tổng quan

Lead and manage development projects in VN innovation team for innovative constructions, functional features, and technical solutions, working within customer defined material parameters or utilizing internally sourced materials
Present our capabilities and core products, technologies and competences to customers
Responsible for developing and presenting Spectre collection and customer key styles
Optimize new manufacturing processes (sewing techniques, special technologies).
Collaborate closely with the Product & Innovation Manager and Sales/Key Account Management to interpret customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
Plan, prepare, and facilitate technical and innovation workshops with customers, in alignment with the Product & Innovation Manager, the PPD department, and Sales/KAM
Lead the development and creation of technical concepts, prototype briefs, feasibility studies, and cost/efficiency assessments
Coordinate prototype development, internal testing, and the seamless handover to production for all innovation-related projects
Prepare clear and structured reports on the status of innovation projects and the progression of the innovation funnel
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on the progress and status of Innovation Department projects.
