Tổng quan

  • Monitor and inspect infrastructure and utility systems follow PM schedule. Update, report and prepare proposal to repair if needed to ensure facilities remain in good operating condition.
  • Supervise maintenance works for the facilities to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
  • Report on the condition of infrastructure and utility systems and propose repairs on the maintenance management system for planning and deployment by the Planning Supervisor using internal resources where applicable.
  • Report on the condition of infrastructure and utilities systems and propose repair works requiring third party contractors. Prepare scope of work and get approval from Head of Technical, coordinate with related departments to execute and complete the works in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure third party contractors complete works in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, budget and schedule requirements. Report any deviations from approved designs to ensure contractors follow the right contract specifications.
  • Recommend and assist in design layouts, budget estimation and contract administration for facility projects as directed by the Head of Technical.
  • In conjunction with HSSE, develop and implement safety rules and regulations for the terminal facilities, and ensure safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and fire alarm systems are available and operational.
  • Perform and supervise legally required inspections, maintenance, and compliance works for infrastructure and utility systems, including berths, firefighting systems, electrical systems, wastewater treatment systems, water supply systems, office buildings, container yards, and lighting systems to ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.
  • Continuously support improvements to existing methodologies, processes, and performance measurements in the execution of duties.
  • Support emergency response and business continuity activities related to facility and utility systems.
