Conduct regular visits and business reviews with distributors and customers.
Support commercial discussions, promotional activities, and account development plans.
Support the expansion and optimization of the existing distribution network.
Increase product availability and visibility across more than 200 points of sale (POS).
Work closely with distributors to improve execution and market coverage.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sales channels.
Acquire new customers and distribution partners to support business growth objectives.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through market mapping and customer prospecting.
Support implementation of sales and trade marketing initiatives.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and activation programs.
Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and distribution effectiveness.
Serve as a key contact point between customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Follow up on operational issues, customer feedback, and product-related claims.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and distributor performance updates.
Track KPI achievement and recommend improvement actions.
