  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to grow organic search traffic and rankings.
  • Create & Optimize website performance, content, blog articles, case studies and landing pages for search visibility and user intent.
  • Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, - - ---- Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Stay updated on SEO, GEO and AI Search developments, and search engine algorithm updates.
  • Build and execute lead generation campaigns and programs, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Paid Ads Campaigns (Performance Marketing):
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Paid Ads Management: Manage the performance of paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), optimizing for ROI and efficient budget use.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and Business Units teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
  • Market Research: Analyze audience behavior, competitor performance, and industry trends to inform strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Other tasks assigned:
  • Prepare and submit yearly budget-related files and quarterly marketing reporting.
  • Assist other tasks from line manager.
